Kristin Rahim is the Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Erin Morse, where she has been a dedicated member of the team since October 2023. Kristin began her tenure with the firm while she was still in law school as a law clerk, demonstrating her strong legal research, drafting, and client advocacy skills. Upon passing the bar, she was promoted to Associate Attorney, where she continues to deliver compassionate and results-driven legal representation to our clients.

Kristin earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, where she was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta, the largest co-ed professional law fraternity. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis on interdisciplinary studies from Florida Atlantic University. Her academic background has provided her with a strong foundation in legal theory and critical analysis.

Before joining the Law Office of Erin Morse, Kristin gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association. There, she honed her skills in drafting legal agreements, preparing litigation files, and supporting attorneys in managing complex cases. Additionally, her time as a Congressional Intern for Congresswoman Lois Frankel sharpened her administrative and organizational expertise in a high-pressure governmental setting.

In addition to her legal acumen, Kristin’s diverse background includes serving as an NFL Ambassador and Cheerleader for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. She represented the organization globally, performing at international events and engaging with diverse communities. Her leadership roles in mentoring young participants in the Junior Cheerleader Program underscore her commitment to inspiring and empowering others.

Kristin is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and holds LexisNexis and Westlaw Proficiency Certifications. She brings a unique combination of professionalism, versatility, and dedication to every case she handles, striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
