Joseph Flores joined the Law Office of Erin Morse in May of 2019. Joseph was born and raised in Miami, FL and is of Cuban descent. Joseph then moved to Orlando in 2013 where he received his B.A. in Legal Studies with a minor in Political Science at the University of Central Florida. Following his graduation from UCF in 2017 Joseph moved to Tennessee and attended law school at the Lincoln Memorial University – Duncan School of Law where he earned his juris doctor degree in May of 2020.

Throughout his career in both academia and in the work force Joseph has had many opportunities that have allowed him to develop his skills. Joseph was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team at both UCF and LMU-Duncan School of Law. Joseph has won several awards in different mock trial tournaments in which he has competed in across the country including awards for Best Opening Statement and Best Closing Arguments. Joseph also led the LMU-Law Trial Advocacy Team to their first ever Top 3 finish at a prestigious competition. While Joseph lived in Tennessee he was also able to intern under a Judge at the Knox County Juvenile Court. Joseph also was able to help the community and interned at the Catholic Charities of East Tennessee – Immigration Legal Department. Also in his law school career Joseph was voted by his classmates his 2L and 3L year to serve as a Senator in the Student Bar Association.

Since Joseph has arrived at the Law Office of Erin Morse he has been able to work closely with Founding Attorney Erin Morse who has helped him develop his skills. Joseph has a passion for helping great people in their worst of times and is proud to be a member of The Law Office of Erin Morse.
